The Buttress Coffee Table is a sculptural piece formed from a single, weathered mass of driftwood reclaimed from Gullane Beach, just outside Edinburgh. Beautifully burled, and shaped by exposure, the timber retains its raw coastal character while being refined into a contemporary form.
The beech wood legs have distinctive branched stretchers - giving the table both visual lightness and structural strength.
The burl figuring, flowing grain, and subtle surface texture is enhanced with oil finish to deepen the natural texture while maintaining a restrained, matte quality.
Balancing great design with traditional woodworking, the Buttress Coffee Table sits between contemporary and rustic - a statement piece defined by material integrity, structural clarity, and craft.

This table would usually be dispatched within five working days and be delivered via pallet. You will be contacted by email to arrange a suitable delivery day and to advise further about what to expect from a pallet delivery upon completion of your order.
