Argonauts is a designer-maker studio based in Edinburgh, specializing in creating modern rustic homeware, including handcrafted wall mirrors, bespoke furniture, and sustainable tableware. Each piece is made from reclaimed materials and celebrates the beauty of craftsmanship and sustainability.

2. Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and draw inspiration from the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the area.

3. Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Currently, we operate online. However, we occasionally participate in markets and exhibitions. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on upcoming events!

4. What materials do you use?
We primarily use reclaimed materials, such as Scottish whisky barrels, driftwood, and vintage glass. Our commitment to sustainability means that every piece is crafted with care for both the environment and quality.

5. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every Argonauts piece is meticulously handcrafted using traditional techniques ...with a little support from my workshop robot.

7. Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we love creating bespoke pieces tailored to your needs! Whether it’s a specific wall mirror size or a custom piece of furniture, contact us to discuss your vision.

8. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Custom orders typically take 3-days to 2-weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll provide a timeline when discussing your project.

9. Can I personalize an existing product?
In many cases, yes. If you’d like to customize the size, finish, or material of an existing piece, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping and Delivery

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location.

11. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item and the destination.

12. How long does delivery take?
For standard orders:

UK: 3-5 business days.
International: 7-14 business days.
For custom orders, delivery will occur once the item has been completed.

13. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use recycled and recyclable materials for all our packaging, ensuring that our commitment to sustainability extends to every aspect of our business.

14. How do you ensure your materials are sustainably sourced?
We carefully source reclaimed and natural materials, often giving new life to wood from Scottish whisky barrels, driftwood, and other repurposed items. Our ethos revolves around reducing waste and embracing the beauty of imperfections.

Returns and Customer Support
